




Position Summary: Coordinate payroll, benefits, and tax audits, record maintenance, and reporting, maintaining alignment among HR, payroll, and finance departments. Key Highlights: 1. Preparation and review of payroll and its components **POSITION SUMMARY** Coordinate audit functions, record maintenance, and reporting to ensure proper application, calculation, and reporting of payroll, benefits, and tax data. Maintain alignment among HR, payroll, and finance departments to ensure payroll function is coordinated across the organization. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Responsible for reviewing attendance records for all payroll employees. * Review authorized overtime hours. * Knowledge of tax regulations related to payroll calculations. * Knowledge of Accounting, journal entry preparation, accruals, and account reconciliations. * Ensure inclusion of all required deductions and verify taxes, deductions, and loans calculated in payroll (ISR, IMSS, FONACOT, INFONAVIT, etc.). * Complete check request forms and/or bank transfer requests for payroll-related payments. * Bimonthly review of integrated salaries. * Maintain electronic archives of all payroll-related information, including payslips, payroll registers, etc. * Track unpaid severance payments, generate reports, and forward to Accounts Payable for check cancellation. * Prepare overtime charts. * Responsible for reviewing deductions to ensure correct FONACOT payment. * Perform payroll reconciliations. * Submit weekly payroll estimates. * Process annual PTU, Christmas bonus (Aguinaldo), and Savings Fund payrolls. * Reconcile the Savings Fund. * Submit contribution files weekly. * Stamp payroll and send payslips via TRESS. * Upload necessary files to the Food Voucher portal to ensure timely and accurate voucher payments. **QUALIFICATIONS** * 5 years of experience preparing payroll in the maquiladora sector. * Expertise in using the TRESS system (mandatory). * Proficiency with computer applications (Excel, Word). * Ability to maintain control over information required for payroll generation. * Responsible and organized individual with a strong sense of urgency. **EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
