




Position Summary: We are seeking an Accountant with experience in billing, reconciliations, and customer service to ensure accurate accounting and administrative management. Key Highlights: 1. Centro, Mérida** **Education:** Bachelor's degree in **Public Accounting, Finance, or related field** **Experience:** Minimum **2 years** in a similar position **Main Responsibilities:** * Issue and record invoices for periodic premium payments of prepayment plans (monthly, biweekly, and weekly). * Validate contracts and commercial terms to ensure accurate billing of plans. * Apply and reconcile received bank payments (cash, wire transfers, direct debits, and automatic charges). * Provide customer support regarding billing inquiries and clarifications. * Prepare billing, collections, and customer portfolio reports. * Perform accounting and bank reconciliations related to premium payments. * Support accounting and administrative tasks required by the department and other administrative areas. **Requirements:** * Proficiency in accounting systems **CONTPAQi** and/or **Odoo** (preferred). * Knowledge of electronic invoicing, bank reconciliations, and portfolio control. * Intermediate Excel skills. * Strong sense of responsibility, organization, and attention to detail. * Ability to interact effectively with customers and work collaboratively in a team.
