Opportunity for professional growth We are looking for an organized, reliable, and proactive Personal and Executive Assistant to the General Director who provides direct support in coordinating administrative and personal activities to optimize the General Director's time and facilitate company operations. If you are highly organized, discreet, and possess excellent communication skills, we want to meet you! **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Management and organization of the General Director's schedule. * Support in administrative and operational matters for the General Directorate. * Drafting reports and presentations. * Preparation of meeting reports and materials. * Coordination with internal departments and external suppliers. * Support in the General Director's personal matters, such as bill payments, coordination with suppliers, and follow-up on pending items. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative or **executive and personal assistant** roles. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (**Intermediate Excel**). * Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills. * **Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle (MANDATORY).** **WE OFFER:** * Base salary * Statutory benefits from day one * Uniforms * Growth opportunities **Work Location:** *Sodzil Norte (near Harbor Plaza)* **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, *9:00 AM to 6:00 PM*, and Saturdays (remote work) *9:00 AM to 1:00 PM* Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $11,000\.00 \- $12,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Free uniforms Work Location: On-site employment
