REQUIREMENTS: \* Completed primary or secondary education (certificate required) \* Valid Tax Status Certificate \* Basic documents required for employment \* Criminal background check NOT required \* Minimum 6 months’ desirable experience in intramural security \* Mandatory customer service experience \* Excellent attitude and friendliness to welcome guests and foster a hospitable atmosphere \* Availability to rotate across three shifts: 6 AM–2 PM; 2 PM–10 PM; and 10 PM–6 AM (Monday through Sunday); mid-week rest days \* Residence near the workplace area: Paseo Montejo \* Desire to begin a career in hospitality \* Full agreement with the salary and benefits offered by this position RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Control of staff entry and exit \- Control of guest, supplier, and vehicle entry and exit \- Security patrols throughout hotel premises \- Monitoring of security cameras \- Participation in internal investigations \- Fostering an exceptional hospitable atmosphere WE OFFER: \* Direct employment with Marriott, the world’s most important hotel chain \* Monthly gross salary of $10,451 STATUTORY BENEFITS: \* Year-end bonus (aguinaldo) \* Vacation premium \* 12 vacation days starting from the first year \* Sunday premium (additional pay) \* Annual profit-sharing payment \* 100% social security, Afore, and Infonavit contributions BENEFITS EXCEEDING LEGAL REQUIREMENTS: \* Savings fund contribution of 10%, doubled annually to 20% \* Fully complimentary cafeteria service \* Complete uniforms provided at no cost \* Ongoing training with academic credit from Marriott \* Preferential rates for you, your family, and friends DO YOU MEET THE PROFILE WE ARE SEEKING?
