REQUIREMENTS: *Education: Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field (professional license mandatory). *Minimum 2 years of experience in cost and budgeting. *Knowledge of tender processes, unit price calculation, budgeting, and quotation preparation. *Intermediate-level proficiency in Opus software. *Driver's license preferred (for candidates with accounting background). MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: *Project administration. *Creation of purchase orders. *Participation in tenders. *Preparation of estimates and unit prices. *Use of Opus and Excel.
