




Job Summary: Experienced cook responsible for food preparation according to established recipes and procedures, maintaining high standards of hygiene and food safety, and collaborating effectively as part of a team. Key Responsibilities: 1. Preparation and cooking of various foods (hamburgers, bonles, pasta) 2. Maintenance of high standards of hygiene and food safety 3. Inventory management and recipe optimization Prepare foods (hamburgers, bonles, potatoes, pasta, etc.). Follow established recipes and procedures. Preparation (Mise en place): Marinate, season, cut, and prepare ingredients before and during service. Cleaning and Safety: Keep the grill, utensils, and work area clean and disinfected, complying with sanitary and safety regulations. Inventory Management: Check stock levels, receive supplies, and report shortages or losses. Teamwork: Coordinate with other staff to ensure timely delivery of all ordered dishes. Plating Maintain food safety and sanitation standards. Receive and store raw materials according to the system. Ensure the highest levels of quality and hygiene in food preparation. Conduct inventory counts. Follow cleaning protocols during opening, service, and closing shifts. Participate in deep cleaning of assigned area. Always monitor the assigned service area. Promptly report any issues detected that may compromise product quality, team safety, or tools. Assist in loading, unloading, and organizing supplies.
