Position Summary: A professional responsible for leading, coordinating, and supervising the comprehensive development of real estate and architectural projects, from conceptualization through to commercialization. Manage projects from conceptualization to commercialization A professional responsible for leading, coordinating, and supervising the comprehensive development of real estate and architectural projects, from conceptualization through to commercialization, ensuring feasibility, profitability, regulatory compliance, and strategic alignment with the brand. Key Responsibilities \* Lead project development from land acquisition, including opportunity analysis. \* Coordinate and supervise technical, financial, and market feasibility studies. \* Participate in defining and validating the real estate product (concept, typologies, pricing, value proposition). \* Manage architectural project development with external firms or internal teams (preliminary design, construction documents, engineering). \* Coordinate project identity: naming, branding, brochures, renderings, and marketing materials. \* Monitor marketing strategy jointly with the relevant department. \* Coordinate legal matters with the legal department (property rights, permits, contracts, condominium regimes, etc.). \* Manage and monitor permits and approvals (zoning, licenses, environmental impact, etc.). \* Prepare and control budgets, schedules, and financial projections. \* Supervise proper project execution jointly with construction (where applicable). \* Ensure alignment among key departments: sales, marketing, legal, finance, and construction. \* Actively participate in commercialization strategy (launch, dynamic pricing, promotions, final product). \* Monitor project progress and generate executive reports for management. \* Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies. \* Guarantee customer experience from concept through product delivery.
