Position Summary: A professional responsible for leading, coordinating, and supervising the end-to-end development of real estate and architectural projects—from conceptualization through commercialization. Key Highlights: 1. Lead real estate project development from land acquisition. 2. Coordinate and supervise technical, financial, and market feasibility studies and product definition. 3. Manage architectural development and project identity. A professional responsible for leading, coordinating, and supervising the end-to-end development of real estate and architectural projects—from conceptualization through commercialization—ensuring feasibility, profitability, regulatory compliance, and strategic alignment with the brand. Key Responsibilities \* Lead project development from land acquisition, including opportunity analysis. \* Coordinate and supervise technical, financial, and market feasibility studies. \* Participate in defining and validating the real estate product (concept, typologies, pricing, value proposition). \* Manage architectural project development with external firms or internal teams (preliminary design, construction documents, engineering disciplines). \* Coordinate project identity: naming, branding, brochures, renderings, and marketing materials. \* Support marketing strategy execution in collaboration with the relevant department. \* Coordinate legal matters with the legal department (ownership, permits, contracts, condominium regimes, etc.). \* Manage and track permits and approvals (zoning, building licenses, environmental impact assessments, etc.). \* Prepare and control budgets, schedules, and financial projections. \* Supervise proper project execution in coordination with construction (where applicable). \* Ensure alignment across key departments: sales, marketing, legal, finance, and construction. \* Actively participate in commercialization strategy (launch, dynamic pricing, promotions, final product). \* Monitor project progress and generate executive reports for management. \* Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies. \* Guarantee customer experience from concept through product delivery.
