Job Summary: We are seeking a Warehouse Assistant to organize and prepare medical supplies, manage requisitions, support inventory activities, and assist with shipments and receipts. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Responsibilities: Material Preparation: Organize and prepare medical supplies for distribution according to the item list and corresponding requisition for each scheduled service. Requisition and Delivery Note Administration: Manage and document signed requisitions and delivery notes from both the service unit and the Instrumentation Technician, ensuring proper traceability. Inventory Support: Assist the warehouse supervisor in conducting and documenting inventories, ensuring accuracy in records and stock control. Shipping and Receiving of Materials: Collaborate with the warehouse supervisor on shipping and receiving equipment, instruments, and consumables among different branches, ensuring proper handling and timely delivery or receipt. Material Condition Review: Verify the operational and physical conditions of materials, equipment, instruments, and consumables, reporting any issues to the warehouse supervisor for prompt resolution. Courier Package Collection and Delivery Support: Provide assistance in collecting and/or delivering courier packages, ensuring all processes are carried out efficiently and within established deadlines. Requirements: * Prior experience in warehouse operations or similar positions. * Knowledge of inventory management and documentation handling. * Ability to work in teams and under pressure. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Effective communication skills.
