Job Summary: Nadro, a leading national pharmaceutical distributor, is seeking a Liquidation Assistant to manage daily operational documentation, validate and process returns, and ensure timely settlement of collections. Tracking and settlement of collections Nadro, a national leader in pharmaceutical distribution, is looking for: LIQUIDATION ASSISTANT Requirements: Education: Completed high school diploma. Experience: Minimum one year in similar positions. Rotating shift. Job Functions: • Review, validate, safeguard, and file daily operational delivery control documents, delivery driver logs, route departure and return records. • Receive, review, enter, scan, and deliver returns to the warehouse daily; verify logs and invoices. • Ensure delivery operators settle collections upon completing their routes. • Track reports to identify returns older than 10 days and report them to the commercial department. • Receive, validate, and sort invoices by customer, and track them accordingly.
