Job Summary: We are seeking a Collections Cycle Auditor to identify deviations from policies, prepare findings reports, and follow up on commitments. Key Responsibilities: 1. Identify failures in portfolio policies 2. Prepare reports of findings and commitments 3. Follow up on findings until closure A national pharmaceutical distribution company is seeking COLLECTIONS CYCLE AUDITOR (TEMPORARY, 3 MONTHS) Requirements: Education: Completed bachelor's degree. Experience: Minimum one year in similar positions. Excel knowledge (pivot tables, formulas) Willingness to travel Valid driver's license Job Functions: • Determine portfolios for desktop and/or field collection cycles • Conduct desktop and field collection cycles according to planning, by reviewing account statements versus documentary information from RVs/Vrs. • Identify failures or deviations from policies and procedures related to customer portfolio management, detecting irregularities. • Prepare reports summarizing the results of conducted cycles, documenting findings and establishing commitments with RVs/Vrs. • Follow up on identified findings and associated commitments until resolution or closure, in coordination with the Administrative Controller We Offer: Benefits exceeding statutory requirements. • Life insurance • Savings fund • 32 days’ bonus pay upon completion of one year of service. • Vacation premium • Marriage financial assistance • Financial assistance for newborn children • Financial assistance for death of parents, children, or spouse • Salary: $13,000.00 gross monthly $5,682.00 net biweekly . -Requirements- Minimum education: Higher education – Bachelor’s degree 1 year of experience Age: between 24 and 44 years Willingness to travel: Yes Keywords: audit, auditing, collections, payment, collection
