Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Administration or Accounting * Experience in the position * Knowledge of payroll software (Aspel NOI preferred), FONACOT, INFONAVIT, SUA * Knowledge of Mexican labor and tax legislation * Excel proficiency * Flexible working hours * Excellent attention to detail * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Teamwork orientation.
