Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, or Telecommunications Engineering Professional degree mandatory (required for signing technical drawings and fulfilling legal responsibilities) Minimum experience: 6 years in telecommunications system design and integration Software: AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, C++, Scala English: Intermediate level B1–B2 (with willingness to further develop proficiency) Position Objective: Develop and maintain corporate telecommunications and Wi-Fi standards, ensuring efficient integration and interoperability of technological systems across our properties. Key Responsibilities: -Evaluate emerging technologies applicable to intelligent building management, aligned with the company’s standards. -Validate projects developed by external firms and vendors, ensuring their proper integration into property designs. -Ensure interoperability among operational technological systems (hotels, plazas, and distribution centers) and the Building Management System (BMS). -Collaborate with the Operations department to define functional control and monitoring requirements for operational areas. -Coordinate the technical integration of telecommunications systems. -Supervise the design and implementation of technological systems. -Prepare calculation reports and technical documentation. -Collaborate closely with the Systems and IT departments. -Provide technical support during vendor negotiation and evaluation processes.
