Coordinate and manage operational execution—ensuring accurate implementation of marketing strategies, content production, and deliverables—by efficiently integrating internal teams and stakeholders, while maintaining quality standards, timelines, and alignment with brand identity. Responsibilities: - Collaborate on designing and executing the global e-commerce strategy aligned with revenue objectives and brand positioning(s). - Increase direct booking share (direct share) by reducing dependency on OTAs. - Develop digital acquisition, retention, and loyalty plans. - Monitor website and booking engine performance (UX/UI, speed, functionality, and conversion). - Coordinate with Revenue Management to ensure accurate loading of rates, promotions, and availability. - Collaborate with Call Center Operations Manager on joint initiatives. - Supervise performance of SEM, SEO, metasearch, display, and remarketing campaigns. - Analyze ROAS, CAC, CPA, and other key performance KPIs. - Coordinate communication actions to generate sales. - Monitor key KPIs: conversion rate, traffic, digital ADR, revenue by channel, cart abandonment. - Prepare executive reports and dashboards for leadership. - Utilize tools including Google Analytics GA4, Looker, Tag Manager, CRM, and internal BI platforms. - Manage integrations between PMS, CRS, CRM, and other platforms. - Evaluate and implement new technological tools to enhance experience and efficiency. - Ensure compliance with data privacy and protection regulations. - Guarantee a consistent omnichannel experience. - Implement personalization and automation strategies. - Optimize the digital customer journey—from inspiration through post-stay.
