Your Opportunity: “QA Engineer (Automation)” Your mission will be to analyze, interpret, and communicate key insights about our guests, operations, and business performance—empowering data-driven decision-making across the entire organization. You will work closely with Product, Technology, BI, and business teams, acting as a bridge between raw data and strategic decision-making. Responsibilities • Analyze large volumes of data to identify patterns, trends, and improvement opportunities. • Build clear, actionable dashboards and reports tailored for both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Design and maintain metrics, KPIs, and analytical models aligned with business objectives. • Write and optimize SQL queries for exploratory analysis, advanced reporting, and ad-hoc analysis. • Translate business questions into structured analyses, clear insights, and concrete recommendations. • Validate, clean, and document data, metrics, and assumptions—ensuring quality, consistency, and scalability. • Collaborate with Product, Data Engineering, BI, and Data Governance teams to ensure consistent definitions and data sources. • Support experimentation initiatives and strategic deep dives, prioritizing impact and continuous delivery of value using agile methodologies.
