Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Assistant to support the management of shopping centers and corporate properties by performing various general maintenance tasks. Key Highlights: 1. Basic electrical system checks (bulb replacement, switch and outlet inspection). Plumbing system inspection (detection of simple leaks, valve adjustment). Minor repairs (patching, painting, hardware replacement). Replacement of damaged basic components. Responding to fault reports in offices or common areas. Assisting with furniture repair. Supporting air conditioning maintenance (filter cleaning). Supporting water pump inspection. Supporting lighting systems. Painting work in common areas. Basic ceiling, floor, or wall repair. Door, window, and lock adjustment. Requirements: Completed junior high school with certificate (mandatory) Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in general maintenance Schedule: Availability to rotate shifts — morning and afternoon shifts from Monday to Sunday, with one day off per week.
