ORVE Group is looking for… Labor Relations Coordinator Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Human Resources, Law, or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions within the Human Resources area. Job Objective Provide comprehensive support across all processes in the Human Capital area, ensuring proper implementation of policies, procedures, and strategies that contribute to human talent development and achievement of organizational objectives. Main Responsibilities Compile personnel files according to the current checklist. Manage payroll payment controls based on attendance, vacations, leaves, and staff absenteeism. Manage disciplinary processes and maintain up-to-date personnel files. Assist with administrative tasks such as drafting contracts, onboarding, offboarding, and payroll reports. Handle separation requests in accordance with ROT (Performance Optimization Route), calculate final settlements, accompany the employee with their leader, and close the process in Cecoley. Record salary increases and/or changes in employment information with corresponding General Management authorizations. Manage payments to external providers (CMP, life insurance, etc.). Align employee and position information with organizational charts. Track separation information including costs and reference database. Provide references for former employees based on leader feedback. Issue employment certificates per the approval process. Compile requested labor indicator reports for General Management. Supervise correct application of internal regulations, employment contracts, and labor policies. Support internal or external audits related to the area. Train and advise leaders and key personnel on labor legislation and personnel management topics. Advise employees on Human Capital-related questions regarding deductions, payments, or benefits. Coordinate internal investigations into labor complaints or incidents. Request payroll payment cards and vouchers. Represent the company before labor authorities (Cecoley, SAT, IMSS, etc.). Calculate and administer monthly and bimonthly bonuses. Monitor the employee vacation program and attendance records through leaders. Increase the number of benefits for ORVE employees.
