P.** Job Requirements: \- Minimum university education **with an engineering degree** in telecommunications, industrial engineering, or related fields. \- Experience in Networks and Telecommunications. \- **Knowledge** of teamwork, **personnel supervision**, conflict resolution, and results orientation. Job Responsibilities: \- Supervise and coordinate the activities of installation technician teams. \- Ensure the proper functioning of communication networks and systems. \- Appropriately manage the workforce. \- Conduct detailed supervision to ensure compliance with regulations. \- Prepare daily reports on work completed that day.
