At Talent Search, we are looking for a Junior Wedding Planner with experience in social events—especially weddings—who excels in organization, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate vendors and resolve on-site issues on the wedding day. Vista Alegre, Mérida, Yucatán Your Responsibilities -Support comprehensive wedding planning and execution -Coordinate event logistics, setup, and timelines -Provide timely follow-up with couples throughout the planning process -Supervise and directly liaise with vendors (caterers, florists, audio, furniture, etc.) -Organize and participate in planning meetings Ideal Candidate Profile -Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in weddings or social events (mandatory). -Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Tourism, Event Management, Public Relations, or related field. -Flexible availability (including weekends for events). -Field coordination experience on wedding day is preferred. -Requirements: Minimum education level: Higher education – Bachelor’s degree 1 year of experience Keywords: weddings, wedding, planner, project coordinator
