Currently, it operates 16 branches across the states of Yucatán and Campeche, establishing itself as a benchmark in the Mexican cuisine category. As Branch Manager, you will be responsible for supervising the restaurant’s daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. You will coordinate team activities, ensure compliance with quality standards, and lead initiatives to optimize operational efficiency. This is a full-time, on-site position. Requirements: Experience in team management, planning, and operational supervision to ensure smooth restaurant operations. Knowledge of customer service quality standards and efficient resource management. Problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership capabilities in dynamic environments. Prior experience in hospitality and/or the restaurant industry, as well as interpersonal skills and effective communication, are preferred.
