Leads at a leading Mexican IT services company. **Rexidi is seeking a PROJECT MANAGER in Condesa – Cuauhtémoc, Mexico City** --------------------------------------------------------------------------- **A leading Mexican IT services company invites you to join its team as:** **PROJECT MANAGER** **General Job Objective:** **Plan and monitor internal and external projects to ensure their successful execution, meeting client requirements, timeline, cost, and quality, thereby guaranteeing service delivery per contractual specifications.** **Manage current client services as well as internal projects, fulfilling all formal and temporal requirements to ensure client service delivery per established SLAs and achieving favorable organizational outcomes.** **Generate quality tests and evidence, as defined by established SLAs, to verify and ensure that developed applications and components meet required specifications and function correctly.** **Required Knowledge:** * **Knowledge and experience with project management best practices (PMBOK)** * **SLA Management** * **Proficiency in Jira and Confluence.** * **Cost and project management** * **Service risk analysis knowledge** * **Data analysis knowledge** * **Basic SQL knowledge** * **Knowledge of testing practices and methodologies** **Required Experience:** * **+2 years as a Project Manager** **Key Responsibilities:** * **Develop, update, and manage service plans.** * **Develop and update communication plans.** * **Identify risks associated with services provided to clients.** * **Analyze risks associated with services provided to clients.** * **Monitor and track internal development projects.** * **Ensure client service delivery per SLAs.** * **Conduct audits in the process improvement department.** * **Perform data analysis based on established strategic and operational indicators.** * **Prepare reports** **We Offer:** * **Salary: $30,000 – $35,000 MXN monthly (tax-free)** * **100% payroll employment** * **Growth opportunities** * **Excellent work environment** * **Work arrangement: Hybrid (2–3 days per week onsite in Col.
