Technical incident resolution. **LOOK AT is looking for a Network Support Engineer - Active CCNA in Juriquilla - Querétaro, Querétaro** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ **Location:** Juriquilla, Querétaro. **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 9 am–6 pm, and Saturdays, 9 am–2 pm (onsite). **Main Responsibilities:** * Design network architectures according to project requirements. * Configure networking equipment (switches, routers, firewalls where applicable). * Conduct connectivity, performance, and security testing. * Validate proper operation of the implemented solution. * Actively participate in field project execution. * Support and coordinate technicians or contractors during installations. * Resolve technical incidents during implementation. * Report technical risks or deviations to the Engineering Manager. * Document and deliver or present technical project progress. * Prepare technical reports, diagrams, and delivery reports. * Verify that the installed solution matches the original design. * Ensure technical, documentation, and warranty-handling closures are completed for projects within their area of expertise. **Requirements:** * Degree in Systems Engineering, Networking, Telecommunications, Electronics, or Information Technology Engineering. * **Valid Cisco CCNA certification.** * **2–4 years of experience** in LAN/WAN network implementation, network equipment configuration, execution of technological field projects, training, and equipment commissioning. * Willingness and ability to travel (mandatory). * **Language: English B2–C1** **Knowledge:** LAN/WAN network design and implementation Network equipment configuration Network protocols (VLAN, routing, switching, QoS) Basic network security Structured cabling and testing Valid Cisco certification (minimum Associate level) Interpretation of technical diagrams and blueprints Technical project documentation **Working Conditions:** **Monthly salary** of $20,000–$30,000 gross, commensurate with experience.
