Job Summary: We are seeking an Operations Manager to supervise daily activities, manage staff, and ensure KPI compliance, with emphasis on sales and customer service. Key Highlights: 1. Responsibility for inventory control and reporting. **We are looking for an Operations Manager at: Plaza Altabrisa** ***What You Must Have:*** * Availability to work Monday through Sunday, with one weekday day off. * Education: Completed Bachelor’s degree: Intern or Graduate. (**MANDATORY**) * Minimum 2 years’ current or recent experience as a Manager, Branch Supervisor, Store Leader, Department Head, Assistant Branch Manager, or similar position (preferably in retail: e.g., cinemas, restaurants, entertainment centers, supermarkets, convenience stores, department stores, or similar). ***Job Responsibilities:*** * Management and achievement of KPIs / performance indicators. * Supervision of 15–20 staff members. * Assignment and oversight of staff tasks. * Monthly inventory management and control. * Branch opening and closing procedures. * Implementation of sales strategies. * Preparation of sales reports. * Handling and resolution of customer and staff complaints. * Cash register closings and cash audits. * Management and follow-up of branch operational and administrative activities. ***What We Offer:*** * Gross base salary of **$18,000 per month** * Commission scheme based on overall sales, paid monthly in arrears. * Statutory benefits. * Biweekly payroll (every other Tuesday). * Payroll processed via Santander. ***Schedule:*** * Monday to Sunday, with one weekday day off (Tuesday or Thursday). * 8 working hours plus 1-hour lunch break.
