Job Summary: We are seeking a Warehouse Manager to manage the branch, supervise staff, inventory, delivery logistics, and ensure operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage and oversee the smooth operation of the branch 2. Supervise staff and ensure customer service quality 3. Plan and execute delivery routes and maintain inventory WE ARE HIRING A WAREHOUSE MANAGER FOR THE SAN LUIS DE LA PAZ BRANCH (SAN LUIS DE LA PAZ\-DOLORES HIDALGO STATE HIGHWAY) **RESPONSIBILITIES:** 1\. Manage and oversee the smooth operation of the assigned branch. 2\. Supervise and assign tasks to branch staff, always focusing on customer service. 3\. Supervise the proper use of work tools (vehicles, forklifts, etc.) and monitor the scheduled maintenance plan for each item. 4\. Plan and execute delivery routes for materials requested by customers, and notify the Sales Department (Commercial Director, Sales Management, Commercial Director Assistant, and Operations and Logistics Management) via email of the planned route. 5\. Meet the agreed-upon response time with customers for order deliveries. 6\. Supervise and ensure cleanliness and order across all branch areas, including warehouses, offices, common areas, and customer service zones. 7\. Conduct branch opening and closing procedures. 8\. Perform and supervise warehouse inventories (daily, weekly, monthly) as required. 9\. Maintain communication with support and corporate department personnel involved in branch operations and efficiency. 10\. Process material receipts, shipments, and returns as required. 11\. Monitor driver routes using the GPS system. 12\. Supervise and manage fuel allocation for vehicles assigned to the branch. **1\.** **PROCESSES PERFORMED AND/OR SUPERVISED:** · Maintain merchandise stock levels · Receive, process, and fulfill orders · Logistics: route planning · Conduct inventories · Customer service · Fuel consumption control · GPS platform administration · Armex preparation (supervision) · Vehicle maintenance (supervision) Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $3,000.00 \- $3,500.00 per week Experience: * Minimum: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
