What Will You Do in This Role? 1️ Field Collections Management Conduct home visits to clients with pending or overdue credit payments. Assess each client’s situation and agree upon customized repayment plans to regularize their debt. 2️ Payment Negotiation and Agreements Analyze clients’ repayment capacity and propose mutually beneficial payment alternatives. Maintain detailed records of agreed commitments and conduct timely follow-ups. 3 Physical Verifications Perform physical verifications at applicants’ residences and businesses to validate information provided in their applications. 4 Customer Service and Guidance Provide clear information regarding terms, interest rates, and consequences of non-payment. Deliver empathetic and respectful service, fostering trust and maintaining positive client relationships. 5 Monitoring and Reporting Record payment agreements and the evolution of clients’ credit status in the system. Prepare daily or weekly reports on portfolio recovery progress and physical verifications conducted. 6 Collaborative Work Coordinate with Promoters, Credit Analysts, and Branch Managers to obtain up-to-date information on assigned accounts. Participate in collections meetings, contributing ideas and solutions to improve management effectiveness. What Do We Offer? Monthly salary of $12,000 MXN gross (depending on candidate’s prior experience and achievements). Professional Development: Continuous training and opportunities for promotion to supervisory or managerial positions. **Requirements:** Completed high school diploma; technical degree or incomplete bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, or related fields (preferred). Minimum 2 years of experience in extrajudicial collections, field sales, or similar roles involving direct customer contact. Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle for travel to assigned areas. Willingness to travel within the region. Basic knowledge of technological tools (Excel, collections applications, etc.).
