




Job Summary: The Decommissioning Coordinator manages the decommissioning and marketing of vehicle units, ensuring efficient administrative and technical processes. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages the marketing and decommissioning of vehicle units. 2. Supervises appraisals and determines the recovery value of units. 3. Maintains relationships with suppliers and customers to ensure transparent processes. Decommissioning Coordinator **REQUIREMENTS:** Completed bachelor's degree in Administration, Logistics and Transportation, Industrial Engineering, or Automotive Mechanical Engineering. Minimum 2 years of experience in vehicle management, administrative processes, and vehicle yard control. Basic mechanical knowledge. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Select the most appropriate marketing channel (tender or auction) and define competitive base prices. Obtain final technical diagnostics to support the decommissioning decision. Conduct or supervise the final appraisal of units to determine their mechanical condition and recovery value. Execute the strategic removal of units from the active fleet, ensuring legal and administrative deregistration in accordance with current regulations. Report and analyze the gap between book value and actual recovery value. Perform deregistration reconciliations for accurate updating of the Fixed Assets balance. Maintain effective relationships with suppliers and customers, guaranteeing transparent and efficient processes.
