Job Summary: We are seeking a responsible and organized Maintenance Supervisor to oversee and perform general maintenance of common areas in a residential area, coordinate repairs, and attend to residents. Main Responsibilities: * Supervise and perform general maintenance of common areas. * Inspect electrical, plumbing, and basic equipment installations. * Coordinate repairs and follow up with vendors. * Respond to resident reports. * Maintain basic control of tools and materials. * Assist in supervising cleaning and upkeep of common areas. * Conduct preventive fault detection and incident follow-up. Requirements: * Prior experience in general residential, condominium, hotel, or similar maintenance. * Basic knowledge of electricity, plumbing, painting, and gardening. * Problem-solving ability and capacity to work in an organized manner. * Positive attitude and respectful interpersonal skills. * Flexible availability. * Driving license preferred.
