Position Summary: Provides support in reviewing cargo documentation, tariff classification, and information management in the Import and Export department. Key Responsibilities: 1. Management of information and foreign trade procedures Description and details of activities **Main responsibilities:** * Assist in reviewing cargo documentation (invoices, packing lists, certificates, etc.). * Support identification and tariff classification of products. * Collect and verify technical information of cargo. * Enter data into internal systems. * Assist in preparing and validating customs declarations (pedimentos). * Verify consistency between documentation and cargo. * Maintain up-to-date physical and digital case files. * Support compliance with non-tariff regulations and restrictions. * Follow up on requests from the operations department. Experience and requirements **Experience:** * Preferred 6 months to 1 year in similar roles (not mandatory). **Knowledge:** * Basic concepts of tariff classification. * Customs Law. * Foreign trade documentation. * Basic/intermediate Excel skills. * Familiarity with tariff schedules and explanatory notes at both international and national levels.
