**El Tsunami de Miguel**, a Mexican company dedicated to the **distribution of fresh fish and seafood**, operating in Mexico City (CDMX) and the Metropolitan Area, is undergoing growth and administrative professionalization; therefore, it seeks to incorporate into its team a responsible, organized **Accountant**, focused on financial control and tax compliance. The position will be key to ensuring proper accounting management of the company, control of income and expenses, as well as compliance with tax and administrative obligations. **Main Responsibilities:** * Accounting recording and control of income, expenses, and invoicing. * Preparation and review of basic financial statements. * Calculation and filing of taxes (Income Tax, VAT, monthly and annual tax returns). * Bank reconciliations. * Control of accounts receivable and accounts payable. * Support in budget preparation and expense control. * Coordination with sales and logistics departments for information reconciliation. * Preparation of accounting information for audits or tax reviews. * Support in implementing and using administrative systems (ERP). **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting (degree completed). * Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position. * Knowledge of general and tax accounting. * Intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills. * Experience in commercial, distribution, or food companies is desirable. * Familiarity with accounting software and ERP systems (Odoo preferred). * Organized, discreet, responsible, and results-oriented individual.
