**Join us!** We are seeking: Operational Deputy Manager. ***Responsibilities:*** \*Monitoring and control to supervise various areas such as (Cleaning, landscaping, security, etc.) \*Preparation of incident and absence reports for the property. \*Attending to, monitoring, and preparing inventories of supplies and tools required for proper property operation. \*Assisting tenants, occupants, and visitors. \*Monitoring implementation of the Civil Protection Program. \*Reporting and following up on repair needs or equipment malfunctions. \*Preparation of construction progress checklists. \*Liaising with authorities and agencies (Civil Protection, CFE, etc.) **Requirements:** \*Age: 27 to 45 years old \*Experience: Minimum 3 years in shopping centers or hotels. \*Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field. \*Schedule: Monday to Friday with 2 days off. **Skills:** **\***Leadership \*Results-oriented. \*Decision-making.
