Responsibilities: * Managing the company’s social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok). Familiarity with Google AdWords is ideal (at minimum, strong understanding of how it works); experience running social media advertising campaigns and using tools such as Facebook Ads Manager (verifiable). Consistent scheduling and posting of content across social media. * Creating social media content (videos, photos, reels, and posts). Proficiency with Vimeo, CapCut, or other video creation applications. Video and visual material editing skills; ability to use teleprompters, ElevenLabs, etc. * Proposing content ideas to promote products and services. * Designing and scheduling attractive posts aligned with the company’s brand identity. * Handling printed advertising materials. Creating graphic resources. * Adapting designs to various formats and channels (digital, print, web, social media). Keeping up with design trends and proposing business-applicable innovations. Requirements: * Professional appearance for online events and strong verbal communication skills. * Creativity and ability to generate content ideas. * Proficiency with design or editing tools (CapCut, Canva, etc.). * Organizational skills and ability to track scheduled posts. Preferred: Knowledge of the Italian language.
