




Job Summary: This role is responsible for ensuring the operational talent attraction, selection, and onboarding process, managing a team to promote Iconn as the best employment option. You will contribute to our organization’s success by carrying out the following activities: Team Management Obtain the talent attraction funnel to gather necessary information and thereby design a strategic work plan. Monitor management indicators to ensure objective achievement. Use alternatives based on conversion rate effectiveness. Analyze system reports to generate timely improvement initiatives. Understand variables impacting each indicator to implement improvement actions. Timely communicate indicator status to Operations, Talent Leaders, and HUB Leader. Talent Attraction. Talent Selection.
