Job Summary: This role is responsible for ensuring the operational talent attraction, selection, and onboarding process, managing a team to promote Iconn as the best employment option. Key Highlights: 1. Team management to ensure the talent attraction and selection process. 2. Promotion of Iconn as the best employment option. 3. Monitoring of indicators to achieve objectives. Ensure the operational talent attraction, selection, and onboarding process through team management focused on promoting Iconn as the best employment option, contributing to talent coverage while maintaining the best experience for each candidate participating in a process to join Iconn. You will contribute to our organization’s success by carrying out the following activities: Team Management Obtain the talent attraction funnel to gather necessary information and thereby design a strategic work plan. Monitor management indicators to ensure objective achievement. Use alternatives based on conversion rate effectiveness. Analyze system reports to generate timely improvement initiatives. Understand variables impacting each indicator to implement improvement actions. Timely communicate indicator status to Operations, Talent Leaders, and HUB Leader. Talent Attraction. Talent Selection.
