Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and strategic Community Manager with experience in Digital Trafficking and Content Design to boost our digital presence and lead generation at Mobadi Realty. At **Mobadi Realty**, a developer of eco-sustainable projects on the Emerald Coast of the Yucatecan Riviera Maya, we are looking for creative and strategic talent to strengthen our digital presence and lead generation. **Position:** Community Manager with experience in Digital Trafficking and Content Design **Location:** Mérida, Yucatán (100% in-office work) **Schedule:** * Monday to Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * Saturday: 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. **Job Objective:** Manage and grow our social media channels, and plan, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns to attract prospects interested in real estate investment. **Academic Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Design, or related fields. * Meta Blueprint or Google Ads certification preferred. **We Are Looking For Someone Who Is:** * Creative, strategic, and results-oriented * Proactive and organized * Analytically minded with a focus on metrics * Passionate about digital marketing and the real estate sector **Responsibilities:** * Social media management (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) * Creation of visual content (posts, reels, stories) * Graphic design for campaigns and branding * Planning and execution of paid campaigns (Meta Ads) * Audience segmentation and campaign optimization * Lead generation * Analysis of metrics and performance reporting * Coordination with the sales team **Requirements:** * Experience as a Community Manager * Experience as a Digital Trafficker (Meta Ads mandatory) * Design skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva or similar) * Experience creating audiovisual content * Basic knowledge of sales funnels * Real estate sector experience preferred **Experience** * Minimum 1 year managing paid campaigns for lead generation. * Real estate agency experience preferred. * CRM experience desirable, especially Bitrix24 (contact center, pipelines, automations). **We Offer:** * Competitive base salary (based on experience) * Growth opportunities * Dynamic and creative work environment * Participation in innovative projects **Application:** If you’re interested in joining our team, please send us your CV, portfolio, and examples of campaigns you have managed. **Join a brand transforming real estate investment in the region** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $11,000\.00 \- $12,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Free parking * Option for indefinite-term contract Application Question(s): * To proceed with the interview, submitting your portfolio is essential.
