We invite you to become part of our team as: ### **Private Security Supervisor** **Job Objective:** To manage and supervise the proper execution of security services, ensuring client protection and compliance with established protocols. The Executive Manager is responsible for coordinating personnel transfers, designing operational strategies, and providing personalized client service—ensuring trust and quality in every service. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise and attend to assigned services. * Coordinate personnel transfers, ensuring safety and punctuality. * Design and implement strategies to achieve full coverage. * Directly attend to clients, providing immediate solutions in case of emergencies. * Lead and train the operational team, promoting discipline, professionalism, and alignment with organizational objectives. * Monitor risks, performance indicators, and propose continuous improvements to security protocols. * Prepare risk analyses and specific instructions for new and ongoing services. **Required Profile:** * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years in supervisory roles. * **Competencies:** Leadership, strategic thinking, customer orientation, decision-making under pressure, crisis management. * **Technical Skills:** Knowledge of security protocols, transfer logistics, legal regulations, and management tools. **We Offer:** All statutory benefits.
