Job Summary: In-person Collections Officer responsible for recovering overdue debt through direct field management and achieving recovery targets. Key Responsibilities: 1. Overdue debt recovery through in-person collections 2. Negotiation and closure of payment commitments 3. Locating and identifying delinquent customers **IN-PERSON COLLECTIONS OFFICER – EXITUS CREDIT** Exitus Credit seeks Collections Officers to recover overdue portfolios within assigned areas via direct operational field activities and achievement of recovery targets. **Responsibilities:** * Overdue debt recovery through in-person collections * Management of overdue payments * Negotiation and closure of payment commitments * Locating and identifying delinquent customers * Monitoring and tracking of assigned territory **We Offer:** * Base salary of $10,000 NET per month * Food vouchers equal to 7% of salary * Commission plan based on achievement of targets (uncapped) * Christmas bonus: 15 days’ salary * 12 vacation days * Vacation premium of 25% **Requirements:** * Minimum education: High school diploma (in progress or completed) * Experience in extrajudicial collections (personal loans, group loans, payroll loans, etc.) * Personal motorcycle * Valid driver’s license * Availability for frequent travel * Tolerance for pressure and rejection * Negotiation and follow-up skills * Results-oriented mindset and administrative control capability * Availability for field work Interested?
