Job Summary: We are seeking a Civil Engineer to join our team as a Construction Resident, supervising and coordinating construction activities to ensure compliance with specifications and regulations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for supervising and coordinating construction work 2. Ensuring compliance with technical specifications and regulations 3. Coordinating with contractors and suppliers We are looking for a Civil Engineer to join our team as a CONSTRUCTION RESIDENT, with a minimum of three years of field experience, knowledge of structural work, finishing works, and housing delivery. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring that construction work is carried out in accordance with current technical specifications and regulations. Responsibilities: -Supervise and coordinate construction work. -Ensure field activities are carried out according to plans and regulations. -Prepare billing estimates, timelines, and resources required for project progress. -Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure materials and services meet required standards. -Requirements- Minimum education: Higher education - Bachelor's degree 3 years of experience Knowledge: Finishing works, AutoCAD, Estimating, Civil construction, Supervision Driver's license: Class A
