Job Summary: We are seeking a General Helper for tasks related to receiving, delivering, and assembling merchandise, ensuring the facilities remain in good condition. Key Highlights: 1. Diverse responsibilities in logistics and warehouse operations 2. Assistance in vehicle assembly and preparation 3. Maintenance and cleaning of facilities Location: Mérida, Yucatán. Position: General Helper Requirements: - Over 18 years of age - Positive attitude Main Responsibilities: * Receiving Merchandise: - Operate forklifts and hydraulic pallet jacks to unload merchandise from various transport vehicles - Register and store incoming merchandise - Inspect physical condition of merchandise and report anomalies to immediate supervisor - Supervise proper arrangement and safekeeping of merchandise in the warehouse according to layout - Report merchandise receipt to supervision - Assist in conducting inventory counts and recording results - Assist in preparing weekly inventory reports * Delivering Merchandise: - Assign merchandise according to customer purchase orders - Verify assigned units against invoices - Move units to the delivery area - Deliver units to the customer’s transportation vehicle - Jointly verify physical condition of units with the customer using the unit delivery form - Collect delivery signatures - Provide merchandise dispatch forms * Vehicle Assembly: - Assist in vehicle assembly, activation, and preparation - Assist in cleaning and positioning units for sale * Warehouse and Facilities: - Ensure physical integrity of facilities - Cleaning - Periodic maintenance of areas \* Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch break); Saturday, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
