Technical and Functional Support: * Provide first and second\-level support to SAP users. * Diagnose and resolve technical and functional issues in implemented SAP modules. * Escalate complex issues to appropriate specialists when necessary. 2\. Configuration and Customization: * Configure and customize SAP modules according to business requirements. * Collaborate with development teams to implement customized solutions. 3\. Incident and Problem Management: * Record and manage incidents and problems in the ticket management system. * Ensure timely and effective resolution of incidents. 4\. Training and Documentation: * Train end\-users on SAP usage and best practices. * Create and maintain user documentation and procedure manuals. 5\. Continuous Improvement: * Identify opportunities for improvement in business processes and SAP utilization. * Propose and implement enhancements and optimizations in the system. 6\.
