Training in welding techniques **Location:**Reynosa Tamaulipas, MX, 88710 **Business Unit:** Treitler FMH **Posting Date:** Feb 26, 2026 **Job Description:**This position contributes to optimizing welding station efficiency on production lines through effective work, reduction of downtime, and supporting scrap reduction in coordination with Quality and Manufacturing Engineering. Experience * Knowledge of TIG welding process on stainless steel / INCONEL material “optional” (fusion and filler). * Interpretation of welding drawings and symbols. * Visual inspection of welds. * Knowledge of using and adjusting welding machine parameters (foot pedal operation). * Knowledge of interpretation and completion of WPS (Welding Procedure Specification). * Knowledge of MS (Method Sheet). Responsibilities * Perform welding processes using method sheets and drawings as required. * Inspect materials to ensure process quality. * Conduct process monitoring activities including checklists and maintenance tasks. * Investigate all root causes of defects and formulate any required process improvements. * Train new or existing technicians on appropriate welding process techniques. * Ensure the welding area complies with applicable specifications (e.g., PPS, WP, or MS) and reporting requirements. Education: * Technical degree or high school diploma.
