Implements process improvements to enhance inventory accuracy Eaton’s IS VEH VGNA division is currently seeking a Cycle Counter. We are a leader in vehicle electrification and advanced mobility solutions, designing and manufacturing critical components for commercial vehicles, off-highway equipment, and electric powertrain systems. Field Service Representative roles offer company car and guaranteed 40-hour paid week. Eaton announced, on January 26, 2026, the intent to separate its Mobility Group (including both the Vehicle and eMobility segments) into an independent, publicly traded company. We expect to complete the separation by the end of the first quarter of 2027. The compensation and benefits that will initially be offered for this position are based on Eaton's plans, programs and practices. If you are offered and accept this position and are actively employed by the Mobility Group when the spinoff closes, the new company will provide further details to employees concerning compensation and benefits at that time. **What you’ll do:** ------------------- **Core Function:** Ensures execution and recording of scheduled cycle counts according to our ERP system, as well as supports execution of specific counts requested by the Materials team, consistently applying Eaton Industries’ Code of Ethics and values. Participates in proper handling and control of inventories. **Key Responsibilities and Authority:** A. Executes cycle counts by validating system inventory versus physical inventory B. Records cycle counts in the ERP system per the blind count guide C. Investigates root causes of identified inventory discrepancies D. Implements process improvements to enhance inventory accuracy E. Coordinates and maintains the materials storage and inventory system F. Participates in coordination of annual physical inventories. G. Maintains organized and clearly labeled materials warehouse areas. H. Completes and ensures completion of training courses assigned by the Human Resources department I. Performs duties in accordance with the company’s quality and environmental policies. J. Applies safety and environmental principles and methodology to prevent accidents. K.
