Annual Training Plan Development and Monitoring **Position Objective:** Provide support in HR department operations, ensuring the proper execution of personnel administration processes, labor relations, compliance with internal policies, and implementation of the annual training plan. **Responsibilities:** * Incident tracking and monitoring (absences, leaves, vacations) * Employee assistance and labor issue follow-up * Support in recruitment, onboarding, and staff training processes * Development, implementation, and monitoring of the Annual Training Plan * Coordination and monitoring of training programs * Registration, updating, and management of information on official platforms (SIRSE) * Monitoring of operational discipline, internal regulations compliance, and corrective measures implementation * Monitoring of HR performance indicators **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or related field * Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position * Knowledge of Federal Labor Law (LFT) and HR processes * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite * Results-oriented, organized, and detail-focused **We Offer:** * Competitive salary * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements * Job stability Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: $9,500.00 \- $10,000.00 per month Benefits: * Complimentary uniforms * Grocery vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
