You will support engineering decisions through data analysis and hands-on testing. **What You’ll Be Doing** ------------------------ * Support engineering project objectives by collecting and analyzing data to derive actionable insights. * Collaborate with product engineering, manufacturing, quality, and operations teams on design validation and improvement initiatives. * Support root cause investigations to resolve product performance issues. * Assist in reviewing engineering drawings, bills of materials (BOM), test specifications, and technical reports, ensuring alignment with design intent. **What We’re Looking For** ---------------------- * Currently pursuing penultimate or final year of a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Agricultural, Mechatronics, Electromechanical Engineering, or related engineering disciplines. Proficiency in engineering tools such as CAD and data analysis software (Excel, Minitab, etc.). Strong communication skills to document test results, present findings, and collaborate with diverse teams. Solid analytical thinking and problem-solving skills suitable for technical investigations.
