The primary function is to analyze manufacturing processes, ensure compliance with standards and procedures, and resolve technical issues affecting efficiency, quality, and safety in the area. Works closely with production, maintenance, engineering, and quality teams to implement improvements, reduce variations, optimize resources, and ensure daily production targets are met. **What You’ll Do:** * Analyze and improve manufacturing processes for the assigned production line. * Ensure compliance with standards, procedures, and work instructions. * Identify process deviations and conduct root cause analysis. * Implement preventive and corrective actions to resolve technical issues. * Support production during process failures or quality variations. * Update manufacturing documentation and support internal audits. * Train operators on new processes, standards, or operational changes. * Monitor cycle times at workstations. **Required Education** Technical degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.
