




Position Summary: We are seeking a proactive IT professional to lead the technological infrastructure of a Contact Center, ensuring operational continuity and security. Key Highlights: 1. Lead the technological infrastructure of a 200-seat Contact Center. 2. Responsible for operational continuity and local network security. 3. Infrastructure, network, AWS, and asset management. We seek a proactive and highly organized IT professional to lead the technological infrastructure of our 200-seat Contact Center. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational continuity, local network security, and strict asset control, while also integrating monitoring of our internal developments and cloud backups. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Infrastructure and Network Management:** Administer and optimize the local area network (LAN), ensure stability of voice and data connectivity, and manage firewall configurations for content filtering and perimeter security. Linux and Active Directory knowledge required. * **Identity Management:** Manage the user lifecycle via Active Directory (onboarding, offboarding, modifications), ensuring permissions and Group Policy Objects (GPOs) — such as USB blocking and restrictions — align with company policies. * **AWS (Cloud) Management:** Oversee and execute cloud-based data backup strategies. Monitor availability and performance of internal applications hosted on AWS to ensure the operations team always has access to its required tools. * **Deployment and Standardization:** Implement disk cloning and system imaging processes to ensure all 200 workstations maintain a uniform, functional, and rapidly deployable configuration. * **Asset Control (Inventory):** Maintain rigorous, up-to-date tracking of all hardware and software assets (PCs, monitors, headsets, licenses), guaranteeing full traceability of every assigned resource. * **Operational Assurance:** Supervise preventive and corrective technical support, minimizing agent downtime and maintaining absolute technical order at the site. **Requirements:** * Education: Bachelor’s degree or engineering degree in Systems, Computer Science, or related field (candidates with incomplete degrees may be considered if they possess the required experience). * Experience: Minimum 3–4 years in support and infrastructure roles, preferably in environments requiring continuous operation (Contact Centers, Retail, or Logistics). Solid Technical Knowledge in: * Windows Server and Active Directory administration. * Firewall configuration and network segmentation (VLANs). * AWS: Console usage for backup management (S3), service/instance monitoring, RDS knowledge, and system latency tracking. * Equipment cloning and mass deployment tools. * Technical inventory management and auditing.
