




Job Summary: Responsible for cooking, preparing, presenting, and serving food while ensuring quality, hygiene, and customer satisfaction, and leading kitchen staff. Key Highlights: 1. Maintains high standards of cleanliness and disinfection in the kitchen area. ***Job Function*** Cook, prepare, present, and serve food. Ensure food preparation is conducted safely, properly seasoned, meets customer requirements, and complies with the Company’s established quality and hygiene standards. Ensure customer satisfaction. ***Responsibilities:*** * Wear uniform and safety equipment during working hours. * Comply with internal work regulations / code of conduct. * Keep the work area clean and properly organized. * Follow work operation instructions and manuals. * Inspect physical\-mechanical conditions of machinery to be used prior to starting work. * Report any malfunctions to the unit manager. * Cook foods specified in the menu. * Monitor cooking of each food item, ensuring adherence to the highest quality and hygiene standards. * Assign tasks to each subordinate supporting food preparation. * Provide the Unit Manager with information on key activities arising from any input or equipment. * Taste each prepared food item. * Correct deviations occurring in the kitchen to ensure efficient operations. * Monitor and record temperatures in bars, refrigerators, and cooking areas. * Jointly prepare the weekly production sheet with the Chef and/or Unit Manager. * Coordinate with the unit supervisor/manager strategies to meet production targets while maintaining quality standards. * Support the unit supervisor/manager, Director of Food Service, in maintaining accurate daily production records. * Supervise and/or serve correct portions to diners. * Clean and restock the work area throughout the day. * Maintain cleanliness and disinfection standards per policy guidelines. * Schedule cleaning routines. Cleaning tasks may include, but are not limited to: equipment, utensils, service areas, dining areas, walls, floors, cutting boards, and storage areas. * Supervise and support labeling, dating, organizing, and rotating products in dry, refrigerated, and frozen storage. * Assist in cooking and preparing food for special events requested by customers. * Support and supervise functions of personnel involved in food preparation, cooking, and presentation. * Train and develop assigned staff. * Attend training sessions, development classes, and work meetings as required by the supervisor, chef, unit manager, district manager, or regional manager. * Follow established safety and hygiene guidelines. ***Education*** * Secondary school or higher ***Experience*** * 1\- 3 years of experience and/or training in a related field or similar position in dining facilities. ***Skills*** * Teamwork * Planning * Personnel management * Effective decision-making * Proficient handling of work equipment * Organized in work execution * Leadership * Resource management * Desired food safety and hygiene knowledge Employment Type: Indefinite-term position Benefits: * Free uniforms Work Location: On-site employment
