**Job Description:** We are seeking an Operational Supervisor in the Private Security area, with experience managing high-turnover teams, supervising over 200 personnel, relevant industry experience, and accustomed to working under performance-driven goals and pressure. You must possess a positive attitude, be proactive, capable of decision-making, skilled in personnel management, and experienced in managing and improving workplace climate; you must also be receptive, empathetic, respectful, and attentive. **Key Responsibilities:** Supervise daily security team operations, ensuring tasks are carried out effectively. Develop and implement security policies and procedures to protect the organization and its assets. Conduct routine security assessments to identify and address potential risks and vulnerabilities, and formulate risk reduction strategies. Monitor surveillance and alarm systems, responding promptly to security violations or incidents. Serve as liaison with law enforcement agencies, emergency services, and stakeholders during security emergencies. Train and educate security personnel on emergency response protocols and plans. Investigate security incidents, accidents, and violations, preparing comprehensive reports with improvement recommendations. **Requirements:** High school diploma or equivalent. Proven experience in a security supervision role, with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience. Prior experience in law enforcement, military, or private security is highly desirable. Clean criminal record and ability to pass a thorough background check. Physical fitness and capability to perform security duties, such as standing, walking, patrolling, and responding to emergencies. Residency in one of the following areas: MATAMOROS. Willingness to travel. Salary: Up to $18,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
