Participation in technological improvement and implementation projects. **Hitchiner:** **A leading Mexican company in metal casting and automotive parts manufacturing;** with extensive experience in engine and automotive component manufacturing, is seeking: IT Technical Support Engineer **Job Objective** Ensure continuous operation of technological systems at the plant by providing support to internal users and guaranteeing equipment and network availability in a production environment. **Responsibilities:** * Address and resolve hardware, software, and network incidents. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on computers and peripherals. * Monitor critical production systems and ensure their continuity. * Document and track helpdesk tickets. * Collaborate with production and maintenance departments to ensure technological operations. * Participate in projects for improving and implementing new technological solutions. **Requirements:** * Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support, preferably in industrial environments. * Knowledge of networks, servers, and Windows/Linux operating systems. * ERP and manufacturing application experience preferred. * Availability to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, night). **Competencies:** * Service orientation and effective communication. * Problem-solving ability under pressure. * Teamwork and adaptability. * Process organization and discipline.
