Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Psychology, or related field; or Technical degree. \- Minimum 1 year of experience in the same position within the transportation industry (preferred). \- Personnel support. \- Recruitment of fifth-wheel operators. \- Operation of recruitment platforms. \- Income tracking. \- Excel proficiency. \- Responsible. \- Proactive. \- Must reside near the workplace (Ciénega de Flores, N.L.).
