Full-time We are looking for a Human Resources Generalist to join our team at Sanatorio Santa Teresa Zacatecas. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all Human Resources areas, ensuring compliance with internal policies. Prior experience in healthcare institutions is highly valued. **Responsibilities:** \- Implement and supervise the 8 essential Human Resources actions. \- Manage recruitment and selection processes, ensuring attraction of suitable talent. \- Administer payroll and supervise proper handling of compensation and benefits. \- Design and implement training and development programs for personnel. \- Handle labor relations, address conflicts, and promote a positive work environment. \- Ensure compliance with Mexican Official Standards and the Federal Labor Law. \- Administer documentation related to hiring and personnel. **Requirements:** \- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Psychology \- Minimum 5 years of experience across all Human Resources areas, preferably in healthcare institutions. \- Solid knowledge of payroll, training, recruitment and selection, labor relations, and personnel administration. \- Leadership, conflict management, and negotiation skills. **Working Conditions:** \- Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. \- Salary: $16,000 monthly \+ statutory benefits.
