Summary: Seeking a Sr Program Manager to lead NPD program execution, manage P&L, drive customer satisfaction, and ensure successful project delivery within technical, cost, and quality commitments. Develop and implement programs using EBS to achieve strategic goals Eaton’s IS VEH VGNA division is currently seeking a Sr Program Manager (Level II). Eaton announced, on January 26, 2026, the intent to separate its Mobility Group (including both the Vehicle and eMobility segments) into an independent, publicly traded company. We expect to complete the separation by the end of the first quarter of 2027\. The compensation and benefits that will initially be offered for this position are based on Eaton's plans, programs and practices. If you are offered and accept this position and are actively employed by the Mobility Group when the spinoff closes, the new company will provide further details to employees concerning compensation and benefits at that time. **What you’ll do:** ------------------- **PRIMARY FUNCTION:** A. Responsible for the successful execution and implementation of the NPD Program(s) and projects and their budget allocation. Lead the Product Team(s) to drive customer satisfaction, continuous improvement and life of the program financial performance by managing customer programs, contracts, and business relationships. B. Participates as a key member of plant manager’s staff in all critical decisions impacting facility. **ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:** A. Manages the Profit and Loss of the NPD Program(s) and projects. Responsibility, Authority and Accountability (RAA) for every project scope delivery and successful execution within technical, schedule, cost and quality commitments. B. Execution and leadership across the Program. Seeks team input to promote rapid resolution to issues. Coaches and provides feedback/rewards on performance indicators. C. Establishes objectives and goals and provides direction to the program and project teams in areas of customer concerns, potential changes in scope and risk assessment. Facilitates the implementation of program management processes in the assigned areas. D. Manage effective customer communications. Improve organization responsiveness to customer requirements. Manage communication, customer expectations and contractual commitments. E. Ensure standard program management processes are utilized and adequate support to the program and project teams by coordinating PM reviews, preparing \& publishing PM metrics and reports. F. Maintain metrics for program for the Focus 5, PRO PM, quality, (e.g. technical performance and delivery) through all of the PROLaunch phases. G. Coordinates all risks and requirements of the program into a complete integrated entity. This is accomplished by planning, controlling, and integrating all projects into the programs and measuring all elements to ensure the requirements and goals are successfully achieved. H. Manage customer contract, pricing, terms and conditions and contractual flow\-down through the organization. Establish and negotiate pricing strategies by system and/or product, market and by customer. Develop contract negotiation strategies. Ensure effective change management process is utilized. I. Provides periodic program updates (Program Status Report – Green/Yellow/Red) of current situation relating to contractual milestones and problem/high risk areas (e.g., technical, cost, and schedule). Provides updates to the business units as well as divisional, and group levels. J. Plays a key role in developing new business proposals and executing the overall program plan. K. Provides overall Program interface with the customer. L. Develop and implement programs to utilize the elements of EBS to achieve strategic goals of the plant, and profit plan objectives of the plant. M. Provide leadership that will enable subordinate personnel to develop and deploy the EBS toolbox: Eaton Lean System, Six Sigma, and PROLaunch. N. Implements, promotes and maintains a safe work environment by implementing a culture of accidents prevention, investigation, equipment maintenance and application of rules. Identify, control and administer risk and danger in own area. O. Promotes the company’s mission and vision by actively supporting Eaton’s ethics and values as well as quality policies. P. Motivate and coach employees to maintain high levels of satisfaction, productivity, and quality through effectively utilizing available rewards and recognition channels to encourage and promote desired behaviors and results. **Qualifications:** ------------------- A. Industrial Engineering degree or related fields required. B. 5\-7 years experience in a management position within a manufacturing environment (preferably automotive) C. English – language capability, speaking, reading \& writing required D. Broad technical knowledge in the areas of manufacturing processes, quality assurance, plant engineering, production/materials planning, maintenance needs and systems application. E. Broad financial knowledge for asset management, budgeting and profit plan obtainment. F. Knowledge of behavioral science, including the ability to motivate, counsel, and constructively deal with people at all levels. G. Strong leadership skills, must be capable of leading their organization on a continuous journey of sustained improvement. **Additional Information:** --------------------------- A. This position requires some travel. B. It requires the use management skills, act as a liaison for associates at all levels. C. Support continuous improvement efforts to meet and exceed customer requirements in a fast paced environment. D. Participate and assist in meeting all plant Environmental Health and Safety objectives. E. Establish a timely response for corrective actions to help drive continuous improvement through the Environmental Management Program. F. Utilizing the PROLaunch process, Direct the transfer, start\-up and development of new technologies or new processes; promotes and applies the continuous improvement. G. Develop and implement positive employee relations (Eaton Philosophy) to encourage employee involvement and to create an environment in which employees see no need for third party intervention. H. Proactive \& results driven I. Ability to work \& lead in a highly matrixes environment J. Participate actively in Eaton’s initiatives such as community involvement, diversity and wellness. K.
