Their primary objective is to ensure customer satisfaction through on-time, on-budget delivery meeting established quality standards. Main Responsibilities: Knowledge: ISO 9001:2015. Advanced English (90%+). Planning: Proficiency in advanced planning techniques, such as Gantt charts and other tools. Experience: Minimum 5 years; extensive experience in the metal-mechanical industry, including manufacturing processes, quality control, and welding. Skills: 1. Demonstrable experience leading production-floor teams. 2. Professional external communication, with proficiency in templates and standards for client interaction. 3. Effective internal communication, capable of coordinating resources without causing conflicts. 4. Advanced knowledge of quality control processes.
